We are looking for a pragmatist who loves shipping high-integrity software in an AI-first role. At Tally, you won't be building standard CRUD apps; you'll be engineering the application backbone that keeps our AI workflows reliable against real-world financial data.

We're not building an LLM feature - we're building an AI system that executes accounting workflows end-to-end. The hard part isn't generation; it's making the system behave reliably over time. In the financial domain, "almost right" is a liability. You'll be building deterministic wrappers around non-deterministic models.

At Tally, you'll support SME clients with high-quality accounting execution: preparing and analyzing reports, reconciling accounts, and ensuring tax compliance while leveraging technology to improve efficiency.

Identify and generate leads, manage outreach to potential clients, and qualify opportunities through proactive communication to support Tally's revenue growth.
