Role Description

We are looking for a Marketing & Growth Manager to own our pipeline from top-of-funnel awareness through qualified lead handoff.

You will build community-led growth loops and forge strategic partnerships that put our product in front of the startup founders and business owners, who need it most. This is a hands-on, creative role for someone who thrives at the intersection of relationships and results.

Core Responsibilities

Design and execute demand generation programs targeting startups and small businesses, with a focus on events and community channels

Build and manage a partnership pipeline: identify, negotiate, and activate co-marketing relationships with ecosystem players (accelerators, tools, communities)

Own our presence at industry events: sourcing, logistics, booth/activation strategy, and post-event lead nurture

Grow and engage our brand communities across LinkedIn, Slack groups, newsletters, and relevant online forums

Track, report, and continuously improve pipeline metrics: leads generated, CAC, conversion rates, and attribution

Qualifications

2-5 years of experience in demand generation, growth marketing, or partnerships, ideally in a B2B SaaS or startup environment

A track record of building pipelines through community engagement and partner channels

Experience managing or co-managing events from planning to follow-up

Strong written communication skills: you can craft messaging that resonates with busy business owners

A data-first mindset: you set goals, measure everything, and iterate quickly

Genuine curiosity about the startup and small business ecosystem

Basic content creation skills (LinkedIn posts, short video, newsletter writing)

Experience marketing to founders or early-stage startups is a nice to have
